Absolutely amazing hospitality! Everyone was so attentive and sweet! Even though the wait was 45 minutes, there was a lounge area that had free snacks and lemonade/iced tea. Even during peak hours, they made sure every party felt welcomed and got everything in a timely manner. Food: Tom Yum Base and Spicy Base: They were both savory and delicious!! Pork and Beef slices: so yummy and cooked well in the bases We sat outside and it was not bad! There is a live performance once in a while. We got free man tou buns by saying the secret phrase "I love golden bricks."

Fun hot pot experience! Enjoy hot pot with a stocked bar including sauces, snacks, side dishes, desserts, and more. The menu is pretty extensive and includes veggie friendly items like mushroom broth, frozen tofu, etc. Occasionally they do birthday singing or fan dancing which is cute to watch! Would visit again!

Kids eat free!came here with my husband and my 2 small kids- 5 and 1. First off - kids get a free meal! This was SUCH a pleasant surprise. We were already pushing our luck coming to this restaurant knowing that it would be tricky to share this style of food with them, but the fact that they were served their very own meals (with a small little toy) made our experience so much better. My husband and I were actually able to enjoy our hot pot without worrying about how to feed the kids. We had come here knowing it would be a bit on the pricier side, but to be honest, it wasn't that bad! First off, we got a 1/2 and 1/2 soup base - one being sukiyaki which was perfectly salty and sweet, and the spicy pork soup base for my husband. We were happy with our choices and will probably stick to these same ones next time. For the hot pot we got: pork belly, angus brisket, beef balls, shiitake mushrooms, taro, udon noodle, tripe, and crispy sausage. I wasn't a fan of the taro, but everything else was super delicious. I'm happy we chose well ! Finally, for $3 more per adult, you can access their seasoning bar, which I highly recommend. It's pretty much a bar where you can get extra toppings and seasonings for extra flavour. It definitely takes the hot pot flavour to a whole new level. DO NOT SKIP THIS OPTION!!! The seasoning bar is also an all you can eat dessert bar... should you have enough room left over after eating all that hot pot! Excited to come back! As are the kids :)
